Wolin island and the lagoon

Cliffs, bison and a lagoon on Poland's westernmost island, ending at our house.

Wolin is an island between the Baltic and the Szczecin Lagoon, with moraine cliffs 90 metres high and a beech forest protected as a national park. The park keeps a small herd of European bison in a reserve you can walk to.

The trip moves east from Świnoujście to Kamień Pomorski and finishes with a night at our house in Kołobrzeg.
