How Half Casual handles personal data on this website and when you book.
Controller
Half Casual sp. z o.o., ul. Bursztynowa 6, 78-100 Kołobrzeg, Poland. Contact for data questions: [email protected].
Browsing
Reading the site does not identify you. Your browser keeps up to three entries that this site writes and only this site reads: halfcasual_age_ok after you confirm you are over 18, halfcasual_consent with your cookie answer, and halfcasual_requests with a copy of bookings sent from that browser. Delete them whenever you like. The server records ordinary access logs, kept for 14 days for security.
Booking
The booking form collects your name, email, phone, route, date, number of guests, room type and note, and the second step asks when to call you. We use them to phone you and, if you book, to arrange and carry out the trip. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and then performing it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Bookings that do not go ahead are deleted after six months. Records of completed trips are kept for five years after the end of the year of travel, as Polish tax law requires.
Recipients
Our managers and the guide of your route. For a confirmed trip, the hotels and transport providers receive what they need. For the Scottish route, data goes to the United Kingdom, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Measurement and ads
